1. Diaphragm wall construction is accelerating, with 6 out of 32 reinforcement cages now successfully installed and cast, steadily advancing the formation of the structural perimeter wall.
2. Strategic planning for the three-level underground basement has been successfully finalized, fully establishing the comprehensive methodologies for deep excavation, structural coordination, and long-term stability.
3. MEP coordination remains tightly integrated with the ongoing diaphragm wall works, ensuring all service provisions and sleeve penetrations are accurately positioned within each cage layout prior to installation.
4. Foundation engineering and site execution workflows are fully synchronized, driving increased operational efficiency, precision, and adherence to the highest quality standards as the basement phase gains momentum.
